1. The mystical and unpredictable force that magically transforms "I'll be there in 5 minutes" into a minimum of 3-5 hours.
(As equally mystical and unpredictable, this variant time schedule is widely accepted amongst the rest of this society.)
2. The act of ingesting a substance with the intention of doing it faster, but resulting in quite the opposite.
